Began reading it in 5th grade, was obsessed with it through the entirety of middle school (alongside Thoroughbred and any other horse book I could get), but only owned 1 because I was already collecting multiple book series. I read it as I found it at the library, so I didn't go in chronological order and missed many along the way, but my reading range spanned from the second book until the second to last book, plus high school spin-off Pine Hollow (would have read Pony Tails too, had I known it existed).
