Books I Meant To Read In 2020 But Didn't Get To

From the main prompt/linkup post located at That Artsy Reader Girl.

I've started this post so many times, and I keep getting bored because it's such a retread of my TBR posts, so finally I just made a list of all the books on my ~official~ TBR lists from last winter, then spring, summer (x2), and fall that I didn't finish. The explanation to all of these is pretty much just "I put it on the back burner and forgot" or "by the time I had time and/or was physically able to get my hands on it, I wasn't quite in the right Mood anymore." It's a Stats Post instead of a Storytime one kind of day.

Color-coded by season so you can see which ones I was most successful at (keeping in mind I did 2 for summer).

  1. The Last One - Alexandra Oliva

  2. One True Theory of Love - Laura Fitzgerald

  3. The Distance Home - Orly Konig

  4. Goldengrove - Francine Prose

  5. Ellie & the Harpmaker - Hazel Prior

  6. The Five Stages of Andrew Brawley - Shaun David Hutchinson

  7. Jo's Boys - Louisa May Alcott

  8. The Map of Lost Memories - Kim Fay

  9. Double Trouble - Doreen Tovey

  10. This Is How I Find Her - Sarah Polsky

  11. Bonny's Boy Returns - F.E. Rechnitzer

  12. Star Gazer - Chris Platt

  13. Follow Your Dream - Marjorie Holmes

  14. Second Hand - Michael Zadoorian

  15. The Foreseeable Future - Emily Adrian

  16. Strays Like Us - Cecilia Galante

  17. In Another Time - Caroline Leech

  18. Girls of July - Alex Flinn

  19. The Last Exit to Normal - Michael Harmon

  20. The Curse of Misty Wayfair - Jaime Jo Wright

  21. The End of Temperance Dare - Wendy Webb

  22. Roam - Alan Lazar

  23. The Office: The Untold Story of the Greatest Sitcom of the 2000s - Andy Greene

  24. Midnight Sun - Stephenie Meyer

All told, looks like I completed just about half of the books on my ~official~ 2020 TBR lists. I'm still interested in all of those remaining at some point, but some (mostly #11-19 + 22) definitely more than others. If you had to pick from this list, which one would YOU read next??
