I DON'T EVEN HAVE AN ICON TO EXPRESS THIS LEVEL OF HAPPINESS.

EPIC SQUEE!

No, none of my shows have gotten a reprieve over the course of the evening (further updates and comment replies to follow tomorrow).  But I just watched the first-ever ONE HUNDRED PERCENT PERFECT episode of Glee.  Not 98.  Not 99.5.  ONE HUNDRED.  Like, the most negative thing I can come up with is that the closing song is a boring tune.  And they made up for it with the performance, so.  My skin is actually humming and/or emitting a faint glow.  How was it somehow even better than I had imagined?!

I might faint.  You know how Ballad had those bits that were technically terrible, but which I overlooked because they were catalysts for a positive endpoint?  Dream On has no such bits.  Every single second was amazing from from start to finish.  I AM NOT SURE I HAVE USED ENOUGH CAPSLOCK YET TO PROPERLY EXPRESS MY EXCITEMENT, BECAUSE SERIOUSLY, MY EYES HAVE TURNED INTO STAR SHAPES AND MY HEART IS THUDDING CARTOONISHLY OUT OF MY CHEST.  Nobody let me read any other opinions, okay, because they will just sting and/or make me want to punch people in the face.

Only problem is, now I really don't want to inevitably bring down the mood by watching Lost...
