And that's when I knew.

Day 20 - Favorite kiss
I like how only one ship came to mind.  And despite all of their dating/engaged/married kisses and much as I loved the parallel/repeat version in "Money," the end of Casino Night is the one that, even after all this time and 1093532 viewings, still thrills me most.  (Do I care that Pam is technically engaged to someone else at this point?  For once in my life, I do not.  At all.)  I swear you can actually hear something click into place when he slips his arms around her.  *contended sigh*

Fun fact: every time I watch this, my desire to strike the entirety of season 3 from the record renews itself.

...there would have been a video clip here if I could FIND ONE that was not part of a fan video (WTF, YouTube, why is this so hard).

Ah yes, back when I used to get excited by The Office (though I think when I started watching, Season 1,2 and some of 3 had already aired so I didn't get to really appreciate and digest all the Jim/Pam moments the first time around - I mean I loved them and they were who I was marathoning the show for but it all kind of mushed together in my head whereas when you watch the show in "real time" you get a different sort of feeling from the anticipation and the wait between episodes .... not entirely sure what my point was ... oh wait, it was that I was so glad I didn't have to endure the giant summer hiatus after Casino Night) and this is definitely one of my favourite episodes/moments.

Oh, I don't understand how anybody lived through that hiatus (aside from the fact that presumably, they got to ride a wave of ignorant bliss for at least part of it). I know what you mean about marathon vs. weekly airing, though, even if I can't articulate it any better.
